With infinite sadness, we would like to announce the sad news of the passing of Mrs. Margaret Marie Hasslen, a resident of Waseca, Minnesota. She passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 102.
Those who preceded her in death include her husband Harland Hasslen, stepson Douglas Hasslen, brother George, sister-in-law Ethel Guyer, sister Helen Smith, niece Sharon Weckwerth. Her parents, Mr. William Guyer and Mrs. Gena Guyer, are also deceased.
Remaining relatives include stepdaughter Kathy and husband Gary Perreault, grandchildren Brady and Andrew and great-grandchild Caden Perreault; cousin Betty Rafferty and husband Charles; and many close friends, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday morning, January 3, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at United Methodist Church, 801 4th Avenue Northeast, Waseca, MN 56093. Funeral service will take place. Depart at the same location at 11 a.m. on January 3, 2024.
In lieu of fresh flowers, the family would like people to make donations to the Methodist Church in Waseca in her memory.
